Thomas and Stephen are amazing. I first met Thomas when contacting him about a condo development he immediately told me not to waste my time with. He was right and saved us weeks of agony. Thomas helped us to sell my husbands old house, which was a little tricky because it was an older home and we were selling it as is. He did any amazing job especially considering the first offer fell through. He also assisted us with purchase of a new home which he did outstanding on. The home purchase was also tricky because we ended up pulling an offer we made and had to fight to get the deposit back, which he did. I give Thomas and Stephen a 1,00 stars and and am happy to say they have also become friends.

Thomas helped me through a very difficult time. I had to sell my parents Condo. (My mother had just passed and my father went into an assisted living facility) He helped every step of the way. I am so very impressed with his expertise. He always was there to answer any questions or concerns i had. He helped make my parents condo so beautiful. The condo sold so very fast and i was able to get my full asking price. I'm so happy and grateful for all the work and effort he put in to help me. This made a very difficult time for me, quite bearable. I would highly recommend Thomas.

He helped me do everything from figure out which areas to research, to plan a specific house-hunting trip, and then picked me up and helped me find the PERFECT home for me and my elderly mother. Now that we've purchased the home, he's in constant contact about finding contractors to do work, making sure I'm connected to the right utilities and making our move as smooth as possible. I recently moved to Florida from New Jersey at the end of May of 2019. My girlfriend's apartment lease was ending in July and we needed a house fast. Tom was able to accommodate our needs without hesitation and helped us find the better areas of Pinellas County to which we were looking to purchase. He knew all the areas and told us to look around the neighborhood to make sure we liked it. Tom was amazing at knowing the details of the houses and where to look for possible termite damage and other things to check when viewing. Despite some setbacks of a seller pulling the listing of a possible purchase, Tom was able to find us an even better property that we ended up purchasing. Closing was quick and there were no hassles. We could not have asked for a better realtor to help us find our home to settle down in.

Moving to a new city can be daunting in terms of understanding what location may best suit your needs. Thomas is passionate about St. Pete and is evidenced by his extensive knowledge of the area. He was relentless in assisting me with exploring every option I entertained including conducting video walk-through calls to see properties of interest. I can't imagine anyone working harder for me.
