As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous about going through the process since I had heard so many horror stories from others. Tommy is a great friend who assured me he'd guide me every step of the way, and that he did. From mapping out exactly what I wanted in listings, I received emails as soon as homes with my criteria hit the market. I came across a gorgeous home that I expressed interest in, and Tommy acted quickly upon it, making the necessary communication for us to be the first to see the home. I had an offer in that day and it was accepted the following day! Tommy walked me through the whole process and advised me on everything that would be happening. He always made himself readily available whenever I had questions and/or needed a better understanding of the process. This whole home buying process went extremely smooth due to Tommy's diligence and education on what was to come with it. I closed in 45 days, with no setbacks. I recently moved to Florida from New Jersey at the end of May of 2019. My girlfriend's apartment lease was ending in July and we needed a house fast. Tom was able to accommodate our needs without hesitation and helped us find the better areas of Pinellas County to which we were looking to purchase. He knew all the areas and told us to look around the neighborhood to make sure we liked it. Tom was amazing at knowing the details of the houses and where to look for possible termite damage and other things to check when viewing. Despite some setbacks of a seller pulling the listing of a possible purchase, Tom was able to find us an even better property that we ended up purchasing. Closing was quick and there were no hassles. I connected to Thomas from Zillow and he's been amazing from the first contact. We bought a gorgeous home in St. Pete, Florida all the way from Boston, MA. He helped me do everything from figure out which areas to research, to plan a specific house-hunting trip, and then picked me up and helped me find the PERFECT home for me and my elderly mother. Now that we've purchased the home, he's in constant contact about finding contractors to do work, making sure I'm connected to the right utilities and making our move as smooth as possible. He even linked me to an agent back in MA to help me sell my place and the guy he recommended was also stellar.
